By accessing or using SapnaHub ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
3. Account Responsibility
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or organization
- Use the platform to spam, harass, or harm others
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or our backend systems
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute job listings without permission
5. Job Listings
SapnaHub displays job listings as a convenience. We don't guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listing. Employment decisions are made entirely by the listing employer. We are not a recruiter and don't take fees from job seekers.
6. Applications
When you apply for a job through SapnaHub, your application information is shared with the listing employer. We don't guarantee responses or interviews — that's up to the employer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on SapnaHub (other than user-submitted content) belongs to SapnaHub. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission. By submitting content (profiles, applications), you grant us a limited license to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SapnaHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
